Meet Your Chiropodists
Tony Abbott D.Ch
Tony Abbott graduated in 1993 from the Chiropody program at the Michener Institute of Applied Sciences (Chiropody Program) in Toronto after studying at McGill University in Montreal.
He was a Chiropodist in Kenora, ON for 2 years and a Chiropodist at the Collingwood General and Marine Hospital for 8 years. In 2003, Tony started his private practice and now operates the Abbott Foot & Ankle Clinic, the most comprehensive foot clinic in the area.
In 2011, he added the Heel Pain Centre to his clinic to address the needs of the population that were suffering with heel pain. He spends a large part of his day providing custom foot orthotics to the residents of Collingwood, Wasaga Beach and the surrounding area.
Tony is registered with the College of Chiropodists of Ontario and is a longstanding member of the Canadian Federation of Podiatric Medicine.
While not at work, Tony enjoys running, hiking, mountain biking, skiing and just being outdoors with his wife and 3 young girls.
Will Stewart D.Ch
Born in Toronto, Will Stewart moved to Collingwood when he was 3 years old. Will spent most of his childhood and adolescence on the ski hills. As a member of the Southern Ontario division ski team Will had the opportunity to compete all over Canada. Following high school, Will moved to London to attend the University of Western Ontario where he obtained a Honours BA in Kinesiology before enrolling in the Chiropody program at The Michener Institute. Will graduated from Chiropody with distinction in 2022 and moved to St. John’s, Newfoundland to join a busy practice for a year. Will is excited to be back home and ready to help the local residents with any foot related problems.
